The uk weather people say its going to be hot next week

I love this type of weather and like to enjoy it, the thing is so do lots of others

has anyone any tips how to help me control panicking whilst i am out

I'm the opposite and get very anxious in hot and sunny weather.

I don't like this weather very humid with constant headaches it is horrible.Take Care

I love hot weather, think maybe cos I feel the best when I'm out walking about and I love doing it on warm sunny days.

The only tips I can think of is, try and enjoy being out, take in what you see and don't rush about, just take your time and go with it and hopefully your mind will follow your body and start to enjoy being out and about xx
