hi has anyone on here suffering from sever anxiety if so do you have wired feelings in your body?

Yes Anna. Real bad day today with lots of anxiety symptoms. Weak legs, sore, hard muscles, tight band round the chest, no appetite, fuzzy head and extreme tiredness. There are loads more if you Google Anxiety Symptoms.

Welcome to the Community!... your definitely not alone here

and well, I find when I get really anxious, ie, might be laying in bed then suddenly have a certain thought, stream of thoughts etc, that creates a sudden sense of anxiety, often that just escalates then because its triggered adrenalin in my body, so my whole body is then kind of being fired up.. not sure if its the same thing, but I only really feel that kind of wired feeling once it passes my my mind and my body starts to react to my mental anxiety sort of thing.

I do have restless legs a lot though too, not sure whether or not that is connected in any way

Yes. I feel like I'm wired up to an electricity point.

Sometimes panic/anxiety attack is almost instantaneous. And I mean milliseconds

The wrong look from the wrong person is like an electric shock adrenaline rush.

It truly feels like my wiring is SHOT!

If this is what you mean by WIRED. This is my interpretation.
