i have neck pain back pain leg and arm pain

Do you suffer with health anxiety ?

I do

Every pain , every twinge , is always something serious with me

Yet I have pains , in arms , neck , hips , you name it , have for years ,& I have to reason with myself , how can this be anything , going on this long

Anxiety & stress can tense the muscles giving pain can be hard to believe but it does

Have you been to your GP ?

If you have & they have said you are ok , you have to start as hard as it is to believe them

If you havnt , not that I think there is anything wrong , but go & see them & tell them how you feel they should give you peace of mind its nothing serious & then you can start to work on your anxiety & the fact that anxiety DOES give you these symptoms
