I normally draw or paint to relax, this has helped me a lot in the past, at the minute though nothing seems to be helping 😟

There might be some good past posts on self care if you search with some cool ideas. I like hot baths, exercise, the movie Warrior, Pursuit of Happyness, the show Parks and Rec. If I am numbing which is not healthy I play little games on my phone and watch TV at the same time 😬. If there is a comedian you like maybe listen to them? I am liking Nate Bargatze's stuff.

I have also found that caffeine gives me a real boost. I don't like to drink it/use it more than once a week but often when I am feeling down and know that something like exercise or a walk or focusing on a project would help I will drink some and get some positive momentum going. May you be nice to yourself ☮️

One thing that I enjoy doing is crochet. There are so many things you can make, ranging from practical things like blankets, clothes, hats, etc., to cute plushies and stuffed animals. It feels nice to have something physical and tangible instead of just scrolling through social media, which is what I did before. You can also crochet gifts for loved ones, which is really fun, or even make stuff to donate to homeless shelters. I highly recommend crochet as a hobby!
