I feel like I am constantly exhausted and burnt out from all the tiring tasks from day to day life. I try to limit what I have to do in a day, but sometimes the anxiety just gets overwhelming. I also have OCD so I find it difficult to complete tasks, but I have to push through or I feel like something will happen. Any tips or suggestions to help?
