I need some support up here I’m going to have some surgery and I’m nervous about it and anxious but it’s to make sure I’m ok

Hi abunn, surgery is always a anxious time. Know that your health and welfare depend

on your doctors doing what is best for you. Take it one day at a time knowing that you

will be in the best of hands during surgery. You couldn't be safer with everyone around

The reality is that you should have sone fear about your surgery which is normal, it's your resistance to it that causes your anxiety so allow yourself to be afraid and be ok with it.
