Hi!

I have struggled with anxiety and depression most of my life. This last bout has lasted the longest. My other half died from covid January 2021 and I cannot seem to move "on". Many other issues but this is what I get stuck on.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Dealing with anxiety and depression is difficult enough and now you have to deal with the grief of losing your spouse. There is no quick path working through grief it’s one hour at a time. One day at a time. One month at a time. You will get through this. I will be praying for you.
