ten month wait for therapy

It’s taken me eight months to get to the point where getting therapy is now two months away. I really need help and there’s so much bureaucratic crap I had to go thru to even get this started. I hate our health system in this county. It’s terrible

with many professional therapists who can make the wait a little less

stressful. Learning about yourself while you wait. xx

Hi I found a group near to my home town who offer counselling free. I too despaired of the NHS ever helping. The wait was 6 months much better than the health service. If you're in the UK the samaritans offer email help as well as phone, plus MIND offer counselling. There is a lot of info on Google. Hope this helps
