I'm unable to drive by myself in fear of having a panic attack 😔

I am afraid to drive in the city. Occasionally I panic. I pull over, park somewhere until I think I can safely continue. (someone hit me from behind hard) Start driving everyday- around the block, then two blocks... Go slow, focus but relax. Try to slay that fear or move to a place where you can walk to the store, coffee shop... Or take the bus it is good to be in the presence of other people. fingers crossed.

Rolling the dice on public transportation your fear of driving will be replaced by a fear of sitting in urine or constantly being bothered by someone selling stolen goods.

I know the feeling. I drive, albeit only within 3/4 miles of my town, I loathe it and have become terribly nervous of venturing far. This has become far worse over the past 2 years, when before i was happy to drive into Bristol and any large town. I have missed out on several social events due to this overwhelming fear.
