Scared

I'm so scared to "get back in the swing of things" I have O.C.D. and it makes it very difficult, because I don't want to inconvenience anyone. Somehow I inconvenience everyone. Tomorrow is going to be a giant step and I'm a little worried it will be too big. Dr first then hopefully back to work!

I thought it went well! They told me I need another Dr note explaining my situation better. Ugh
