struggling with my anxiety meds, this is my 4th.

I don't think there is one of us who hasn't struggled finding the right medication.

As frustrating as it is, once you are put on the right one for you, the right dosage

and the right time of day to take it, you will be back in the driver's seat once again.

It takes time and patience as it can be a trial and error situation.

I'm glad that you are with us. You will see that you are not alone. You will learn

It is hard to give any advice, or relate to what you are going through, based on so little information. If you don't mind saying, what exactly is the nature of your struggle, and what are the 4 meds? You don't have to be afraid to admit or name things here; we have mostly all been throught the same rough patches or some close variation of them.
