some depression

I made a dramatic move in my career within my company and moved cross country in May. I actually did pretty well and my frequent anxiety attacks subsided. Now I’ve been slowly heading towards depression. I have trouble getting up for work and difficulty working a full day. I’m bipolar and am not typically stuck in depression for long so I’m hoping for relief soon. Until then I am trying to use tools to help sustain me through this period such as mindfulness, gratefulness and being gentle with myself. I also started working out last week and am trying to do that at least 4 days a week. This period of being down is typical for the month of July historically as that is when I lost my father many years ago. Typically I perk back up in August so I’m hoping for the best!
