That's tough. Medications can help, but don't always. Are you working with a psychiatrist or primary care physician? A psychiatrist, particular a board certified one, might be better able to find something that works.
Other than medication, what other things have you tried? I believe it takes a comprehensive approach, but I do hope you can find a medication that helps you out.
