I’ve been suffering panic attacks and severe anxiety since 2018.
I’ve accessed NHS MH support but I’m not sure what’s available is enough to help me or if that’s even available.
If anyone could point me in the direction of things that really help or more appropriate support available I would be very greatful.
Unfortunately private health care is not an option for me
Many many thanks 💛
Hi J_J_758, this response is in regards to your horrific chronic pain.
There is something that I tried for chronic pain that helped eliminate both
the pain and the anxiety/panic. I saw a Self Hypnosis Doctor who uses this
technique for patients unable to have anesthetic for surgeries because of
their sensitivity to medications.
It can work although a little pricey. But it was well worth the results I received.
I had only 3 sessions and yet years later have not needed any pain pill as I use
this hypnosis. You might want to try it to see if it works for you. Check with your
prescribing physician and do not stop any medications. I wish you well should you
try self hypnosis. Good Luck to you in finding an answer to your pain xx

J J, another thing that may work is Acupuncture. Had that done at one time and if
needles don't bother you, it's also a way to relax and address chronic pain. It did
work for me My best to you xx
