Please call 988, the USA mental health helpline to discuss your safety and what you need at the moment.

When you can, contact your doctor to confirm what is different today from yesterday. Getting the correct diagnosis means treatment can begin. 💜 blackcat

Thank you for replying. I did some online assessments and they are all low. I guess that put my mind at ease. I will stop looking into it until I see my doctor since I notice it causes me to be extra anxious.
