How to let go of control?

Something people with anxiety suffer with. I just woke up in panic, stayed in the bathroom till i calm down but that made sis wait and mom wait and i worried she would be mad. Then sis said mom putted in the washing machine something that's fir a gift, i worried for sis' mental health. I was anxious and they started yapping about it and i said "can you please not do that". Mom upset "let us live, stop interfereing". Now im scared. I'm living in her house. She might feel suffocated but if only i had a room. And not that kitchen, a comfy room with my stuff, ac and tv.

I hope i do. I ment sis bought some piece of clothing for a birthday gift and mom putted it in the washing machine and sis went nuts
