Hi AlwaysSweet, living with Anxiety is very tiring both to the mind and the body.
Many of us have learned how to live in the stressful situation without letting it get
the best of us. Although medication and talk therapy are beneficial, it is when you
are facing the stressful issues around you, that you need another escape.
In one ear and out the other can help some. I have learned over time to not get
into another's argument or put down. Rather, I walk away in a calm self confident
manner and find a quiet spot in allowing myself to meditate. It is very possible in
not allowing others to ruin your zen time. Breathing in Peace and Exhaling turmoil
will begin to allow you to get back to what you are looking for.
Do it over and over as many times as it may take in not allowing the moment to
distress you. It works. xx
I'm sorry you are feeling that way. Breathing and meditation have helped me tremendously.
