Hello BlueAgave my son is autistic but today he’s doing okay and in the meantime I’ve been cooking and doing laundry so I’m very tired along with the mental stress of having to work and come home and still have to do what everyone says are normal things that everyone has to deal with. I can’t really sleep or relax cause I feel like if I sleep it’ll push back further everything I have to do

Hi, I often find myself in the same situation and cycle, relaxing when you're stressed is difficult. I'm working on it myself but I have found when I can, it makes doing those things easier maybe the next day if possible.

Yes I hope it makes things easier tomorrow but from cooking the food to actually getting up to do the laundry is hard and I often take long breaks, it’s not the same as I was in my 20’s or teenaged years a lot has changed since I went through my 30’s got my son and turned 41. I can barely do anything without thinking life is hard on me

Life can be very hard, and it sounds like you are doing it well by taking long breaks when you can. One task at a time. I'm happy to hear your son is doing well today also.
