I was told I have a work issue where I need to be better organized to relieve stress. Sometimes I get to the point of getting into multiple tasks at once. Which causes tremendous worry. Instead of trying to focus on tasks one at a time. Would anyone have good work suggestions to complete tasks to reduce worry and panic? Better work management?

Hi,This question is a bit tricky because better time management is one thing and mental health can cause issues at work too.
The first thing I did was to make time for a long conversation with my manager outside of the performance management side of things.
I also booked a few sessions with the employee assistance program or EAP for short.
You get to meet someone off site who can help with some coping strategies. The beauty of this is that it is free and confidential counselling.
When we were sure my issues were depression related (executive function brain fogs), my manager and I worked out a staying at work plan which made some accomodations for me.
