warmline/peer to peer chats

anyone on here use a Warmline or a peer to peer chat if so I need ones with people in it who can text me and not talk on the phone. I do not like using the phone I have a lot of issues with anxiety and depression and I do not like talking to people so please help me out.

Warmlines are like the 988 line or the 7474 line. Except for when you are suicidal. And you need the help to talk to someone

warmlines are the lesser of the two and just help you talk through your anxiety and depression.

So I am looking for that with a text message attach to it

I've used a peer to peer support line through my county but it was over the phone. It was helpful. Check with NAMI, they may have one that you can text instead of talk.
