My name is Tonya, I am new to the world of diagnosed Anxiety. I have been experiencing theses symptoms most of my life, but just kept moving forward with my life. I recently have been diagnosed with extreme anxiety and social anxiety. I am looking for advice on how to live with this and to learn way to learn to deal with it.. Hey There! I've struggled with anxiety for years and some things helped it. Like I've tried therapy that can work, medications can definitely help balance out the anxiety, it all depends on finding the right meds that help you. Music and Exercise.
read the book DARE to get started. Deep breathing, meditation every night before bed, exercise everyday, cut down on sugars, caffeine… try to stay lower in carbs, a good complex B vitamin, Vit D with K, Magnesium. Listen to The Anxiety Guy podcasts, etc… I also will ground myself if ever needed- by smelling peppermint essential oil or vicks. Good luck!
