Thank you. I try praying and listening to books or music but it never completely goes away. The feeling of adrenaline throughout my body is continuous.
I have joined codependency anonymous to help me work through a lot of my issues.
It’s just so exhausting.

Welcome. I have had a long journey with anxiety. The things that have helped me the most are therapy, breathing, meditation (people say to "practice" meditation, and it works best if you practice regularly), walks, work outs, learning something new that challenges my brain and practicing my musical instrument, the piano. Others find drawing and journaling helpful. I have been on medication in the past, but I didn't like the side effects.
