Hi there the first thing would be to get a check up at your doctor inro the reasons behind your anxiety and vertigo tgat woukd be your best bet they should be able to best help you try not to get caught up on what you see on line especially google as there are a lot of amateur doctors but at least the people on healthunlocked have had experienced what you are going through and may help you in the short term but go to your doctor first ! I wish you all the best take care !
Hi Smooth. I would agree with Celtic. But also in the meantime you can try vertigo re position exercises they have them on YouTube and they can be very helpful if it’s come from your inner ears. Sometimes it may adjust the fluids and decrease it. Also try deep breathing exercises a couple times an hour. Inhale from the nose slow and exhale slow from the nose. Hang in there.
Hi, when I am having a bad time with anxiety I get dizziness and it’s one of the symptoms of anxiety. I keep telling myself It will Pass and it does.xx
I do! I have had problems with vertigo for decades, but the thing that helped me reduce how long it lasts is something called the Epley Maneuver which you can do on your own, but a doctor can also walk you through it. Be forewarned, you will feel really nauseous doing the maneuver at first, but it's what you have to do to get the crystals in your ear back to where they are suppose to be. Good luck!
