Why is it so hard to find quality therapists who will take your insurance so that you don’t have to pay $200 for an hour? Super frustrating. I don’t think it should be this way.

I agree and what I ended up doing was going to my insurance company and asking for a list of "in network" providers. They helped me find someone and I love her. It's a good fit. Thank God!
Because the insurance companies are a pain to deal with even for the therapists so the best ones don't usually bother, I'm lucky mine still takes my insurance
