I always love to write down my thoughts. It makes me feel better. I love to sit at my cozy place and note down all the things that comes on my mind. I'll really suggest to try doing this once, you may feel little bit better ♥️

I absolutely believe in positivity. You wrote a beautiful post.
Some of my Meditation has to do with Affirmations. If we tell
ourselves positive things each day, eventually, we start to believe

Keeping a journal can be a very helpful thing to do. It will not solve all your problems, but it can be helpful.
I usually make two journal entries per day on my iPhone (there’s an app for that). I find that it is the process of talking to my phone that helps me to process what is happening and to feel better. I rarely go back and reread journal entries that I have made previously.
