Hi guys. Well panic attack since 25 years ago. I am so tired of this. I cant go on. So i am believer...Christian and it's so Hard to deal with it...i feel like i am dying. I live alone i really cant describe but it's like death. I can Quick the pills...clonazapam lamotrigina quietapina...sorry dont know the name in english Plis someone write me back

I am sorry that you are having a hard time. Try to be patient with yourself and the situation, search for coping skills or activities that calm your nerves, and try not to pass judgment on your emotions. I've found that crafts and keeping .y hands busy helps. Wishing you the best.
