What a lovely synopsis

It’s interesting , when one has been through so much in life and then wants to help people through their own experiences. I totally understand where you are coming from. I’m pleased you didn’t try suicide as I wouldn’t be replying to such a humble person. It’s nice to hear that there is help and people who will actually listen to others who suffer from Anxiety, depression, breakdowns, suicadal thoughts and so on without prejudging or saying “ get over it” like they used back in the day , they have moved on so much , they really needed to and I’m not just talking about the medical teams . When I had my break down I was sectioned on a section 2 , ( back in the day) it was kind of looked at like I was mental , sorry folks , time has moved on since then thank goodness, like you I love to help. I do a lot of self healing, I still have bouts of anxiety , PTSD, and other illnesses but the difference now is people listen and don’t prejudge or laugh. Healthunlocked is an amazing site , I don’t always post, but I find peace in reading other people’s kind messages to each other and feel happy that there are a bunch of kind people out here who really look out for each other, including you. Welcome to the gang! 🙂
