My depression has been forced into remission, but I hear the door creating flashbacks of "The Shining." I find when the beast creeps closer, I must summon my most decorated Mage, and negate the negativity creatively. Sometimes a mantra mitigates the enemy, on occasion, physicality is the weapon of last resort, a forcible retort applied to my face helping reality win the race. One need not be afraid the seven principles of Stoicism, nor seven tenants of the Satanic Church. Open your mind to the eternity off your spirit and realize a long life in this realm is but a breath in the existence of your soul. Your mind is the whole and your body the vessel, desire of flesh is the real beast to wrestle. Do the best your heart can imagine, and be as creative as your brain can pump, so much of what you think is stupid, will make all the idiots jump. Continual reminders of poor judgement give way to more clear thinking, so be not afraid of bad decisions, mistakes, lack of vision. You always have time to do something different if you are able to draw one more breath.
