mostly different breathing exercises- I liked
Interesting. I tried the Military one for awhile a few years ago, but I ended up going back to a method I learned many years ago.
In bed, tense and then relax your feet, then move to your calves, then your thighs, etc, Tensing and relaxing the muscle groups. leaving the arms, neck and head until last. Worked a treat for me; The Military one seemed a bit upside down, working from the head.
