Good morning Family. From last few days my blood pressure is high. I was using bisoprolol 5mg once daily from last 4 to 5 years. Today doctor recommend me Losartan potassium 25mg. It's working. My blood pressure is normal. Thank God.
But I am worried about sides effects of Losartan potassium.
I heard Losartan potassium decrease kidney function etc.
My husband takes them and has always been fine. He had a blood test after 6 weeks, when he first started them, and now has one every 6 months. Hopefully your doctor will monitor you ,too.

Hi I been on losartan for a good few years. No side effects.... Well none that I've noticed. Stick with it. As any mild side effects go after awhile. But if they become troublesome let your GP know 👍

Yes, feeling better. For anxiety I am using Alprazolam 0.25mg.

I never did with losartan, but did with a couple others when they were added along with it. Had to go off of one of them.

Yes, alprazolam working well, but I am using carefully. Not to overdose etc. Please talk to your doctor if he suggest you.Please don't feel alone. Everything will be fine.
