I’m a 35 year old female who suffers from debilitating anxiety. I’ve lost both of my parents and went through a bad divorce within the last 6 years. While my life changed for the better in many aspects, my anxiety is life altering some days. It’s unbearable.

I'm sorry to hear what you are going through. I know what anxiety is like, I have really freaky symptoms which even the doctors don't know how to handle sometimes. Like nausea followed with disorientation and loss of self awareness, nightmares from trauma like when I had PRES syndrome and lost my memory. I'm a lot younger than you as a 18 year old female but I have experience with rare conditions most people have never even heard of like membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis now more commonly known as C3GN. I've had high BP from the age of 9, have had 3 renal biopsies, my blood us always traveling the globe when I donate for research and trial purposes. Waiting for results creeps my anxiety, going to appointments and starting new treatments does too. I just want you to know that I know what anxiety is and it can really bring you down but there are many others experiencing trouble as well. We are all fighting and trying so remember - we are in this together.
I’m very sorry amf221 that’s a lot of loss all at the same time. there is a bereavement forum on HU too in case your interested in discussing loss specifically.
