Exactly! Even if something good doesn't happen I will at least try to change my thoughts or attitude to get to a better place. Sometimes I just can't do it though....

Sadly you are not alone with those thoughts of not wanting be here, it happens frequently to many of us, but we then get a glimpse that this feeling is only temporary and we can get through this. I am sending you a virtual x hug🥰
