Behind eyes

One of those, please tell me you feel this too posts. So I’ve noticed I get a heaviness behind my eyes. I physically feel like a heaviness, a feeling that almost feels how you would if you were really tired but I’m not. I notice this when I’m feeling super anxious and it lingers, I think I want it to go away so much it stays around even more. Does anyone else get this similar feeling when very anxious?

I have had the feeling like my eyes are being pushed from the back of their socket. Pressure buildup behind my eyes.

I’ve had it. Possibly fatigue from the anxiety and thinking..

Okay Kimbad maybe a good idea to get eyes checked it could be likewise stress related but always good to have a check up examination, rule out any problems could be dry eyes which drops do help or maybe optrex cleaner maybe vitamin nutrients needed hope you resolve
