Suspicious Of Other's

What is it with mental health and being suspicious of others? I struggle with that allot and hate that part of the illness; or is it a part of mental health struggles and why is it ? I'm to old for this, it's part of what's weighing with my physical health. It stops me in my day to day living with other's.

I am the same way.. I am always suspicious of new people. Especially if they are friendly to me. It’s one of the many things I try to work on daily. Attachment style is a factor in this behavior.

It's most people in my life and new people to. The depression seems to cloud my thinking like none other in this area. I'm a very controlled person of myself. I isolate myself to protect myself and others from me, if that makes sense. It's a vicious cycle to my emotions, physical health, and spiritual well being.

Im the same way. I don't know if it's the Gad or what but anytime I hear what family i got left talking I think they are talking about me. It has been like that my entire life but much worse now. I get extremely paranoid and over think everything. I think the paranoia is from long term klonopin use. It sure is a miserable way to live.
