That's because you can only control so much of the issue....I hate having medical problems....some can be very serious....I'm always worried about the unknown....it drives me crazy.....I want to be in control
Been there done that. My mind plays so many tricks on me
I do the exact same thing. The best thing I do to make it better is to distract myself in a group of people.
