LiveWell Foundation has Zoom groups throughout the week. I participated in them a couple years ago and they were really helpful. Well organized and great moderators. Go to livewell-foundation .org. I've been considering returning to their groups. I highly recommend them.

I just attended the LiveWell Zoom group. Thank you so much for giving me this tool. You should return to the meetings

You're welcome!! I'm so glad you liked them!! I will most probably return to the meetings. Am also dealing with other health issues as well at present.
