last night my boyfriend came over and stayed with me. I feel so safe and secure when he’s around. I had a really awesome nights sleep. I’m under a lot of stress with work and having him around helps so much. Unfortunately he lives an hour and a half away, so we can’t see each other throughout the week. I’m scared I’ll have a hard time without him. Last week in the downward spiral I felt extremely sad because I missed him
