past couple of days

After speaking with my friend just now I have only realised that I have been having a couple of bad days. It appears that I have not even gone out in 2 days but worse than that I haven’t even got dressed and I have just laid in bed. Bit of a wake up call from him.

It's okay 👍 we all have bad days. Your friend is a good person for reaching out to you. I'm glad you're still posting your puppy 🐶 pics. I've been looking forward to them everyday... thanks incognitoC

You seem to be in good spirits even though you say you’ve been languishing for two days. The third day, try to take a short jaunt to a pet store or animal shelter. Interacting with the animals always lifts my spirits. You don’t even have to get dressed up!
