So for the last 6 to 8 months I've been on a mission to get out of isolation and depression. I wasn't moving I wasn't interested I didn't care I didn't even care about my hygiene. I have been putting myself outside my comfort zone socially and in so many other ways. I suffer from major depression anxiety and PTSD. Severe depression has followed me for 56 years. Anyway I'm taking a lot of steps forward and in the last week I've noticed I'm really tired and I don't want to do anything that I was doing to help myself recover. I think I feel a little worried about slowing down. I have worked very hard on recovering from depression and mending the relationship with my daughter. I deserve some downtime but yet I am a little bit worried that the downtime is going to last too long. Anybody relate?

I can relate somewhat. I know it’s hard, stay strong and I love that you fight for your daughter. I hope the best for you. And don’t worry you can do it.
Good morning,
Life is a lot like dancing! Two steps forward, one step back, step sideways, step to the other side, step back, step forward, swing, swing, up and down, around and around... Dancing can be fun, confusing, or quite a chore as well.
Life is a lot like that too! But among the the fun, confusion, and the chores, we are learning along the way.
We might not be able to simply go around the storms of life, but we can always find away through the storms with the help of God if we let Him help. We can pray for direction, discernment, wisdom, help and peace as we endure and keep moving forward.
I will pray for you!
