My mom is my stressor

Hi guys I'm 32 and I live with my mom (which is really normal & common in our culture) but my mom is not an easy going person she is micro controlling, closed by herself which increase my anxiety don't get me wrong I love her but sometimes the environment become toxic and triggered my symptoms.
