Numb Toes

Hey guys lately my toes have been feeling numb for no reason . I read that this could be related to the brain and your nerves . Any idea what could be the problem?

I had this problem and it turned out to be lack of exercise and lack of moving around during the pandemic when everyone had to stay mostly at home. You still should doublecheck with your doctor.

I have numb toes but I have peripheral neuropathy. It could be lack of movement or puffiness in your feet from retaining water. I would ask your doctor to check it out.

Doesn’t your toes have to do with the brain in a way ? I heard something about the nerves or something
