dreading Dr appointment

I have to see my cardiologist tomorrow and I don't want to go....I'm not worried about I UT any medical issue I don5 want to go p eriod. I'll have do what I always do when I l eave my house..sedate myself..at least I very got my mens but they just make me like an idiot

Hi Shunneddune, I think we all have some apprehension with regards to seeing

our doctors. I've made it a habit in getting there a little earlier so that I can sit

quietly and listen to my meditation tape. It can make a difference in your anxiety

level as well as b/p and heart rate numbers when you go in. Just a thought xx

My husband has to see his cardiologist every 3-4 months. I view his visits as preventative care. It's better to catch something before it is an emergency. I listen to calming music through headphones when I am waiting to see a doctor. I also wear my mask, which helps with my health anxiety.

I went to a Cardiologist office yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience.
