Hello, I am on medication for depression & anxiety, but it doesn’t all completely go away. I often feel like my walls in my house are closing in on me & I can’t breathe. I will need to leave my house & just get out and go anywhere to escape the feeling. Does things like this happen to anyone else?

I haven't had that. But when I get depression coming on everything in my house starts looking drab, old and crappy..colors are muted. I look in the mirror and I look horrible. When I get to feeling better everything in my house doesn't look so bad. And neither do I.

I get that too in a different way with anxiety. Everything in my house looks dirty like I need to clean it and every little thing that is sitting out will bother me.
