Fear grief and isolation and depression. Toxic mix ive worn out my welcome everywhere i go.Im self destructive and cant seem to stop.

We all have bad days. We all have worries.

I get scared too at times.

I wish I had all the answers for everyone here, I really do.

I feel bad whenever I see or hear people in pain.

2 years I almost gave up myself. (I'm not proud to say that)

*Sigh* And I still have bad days.

But.. My beliefs, my family, and this community here helps to keep me going.

I wish I had the answers and could help everyone out, but sadly I don't.

For what it's worth, I had a really rough week myself (very long story), and I'm just grateful for this site and community.
