May anyone advise what one is supposed to do when the pharmacies say they can’t fulfil an order due to stock shortages when the there are no SSPs ( Serious Shortage Protocols) or Dispensing & Supply notification for the medication?
UK based, and having consistent issues when pharmacy not supplying Prozep Oral Solution.

It’s been an ongoing problem for many many months, affecting more than just the pharmacy I use 😢
If you really can't get meds I would tell your doctor and get them to prescribe something different instead.
I am in the UK too and have occasionally had difficulty getting meds and have been told it's due largely to us leaving the EU supply chains breaking down.
Unfortunately there is nothing else I can take.
There’s a national shortage of the brand and won’t be in stock again until August (the supplier say). But, I will try the manufacturers next.
I was hoping as if by magic someone could tell me how I may get it from another country somehow.
Prozac oral solution was much better but it’s no longer available in the UK.
It doesn't work this way under the NHS and in the UK.
