New Job same issues

I took a new job 6 months ago after being at a toxic job for 16 years. I have begun to see some of the same traits at this new job that I disliked at the previous job. I should say its the same industry and it is corporate america. I have conflicting issues with management, backstabbing employees and just rude interactions. My manager spoke with me today about a game plan, but I am even more confused about my role and direction. I have heard from other other long term employees that this environment has been like this for some time. I am thinking of looking for another job, but i dont want to give up on this one. I am really not happy and I think my resume will not suffer because my last 2 jobs were extremely long term. Anxiety is going crazy and I think it is trying to tell me to make this change. I did give it 6 months.

Yep it's time to change o would do it I'm having same issues w my job been there 3 months and mngmnt is being rude and it's like my last job I'm gonna give it a little bit longer but if mngmnt rude to me again peace out

Thanks for the reply. I feel like they catfish be about the role and their a management battle to get to me. Too much drama and too little teamwork. I almost quit the other day but I am taking a vacation after this week to cool down

Ok I will I have to go in the office tomorrow and explain to them the app to clock in does not work wo data or wifi at clients homes. And the client home phone numbers which we are told to clocking on if the app doesn't work the phone I use from clients house is not recognized and the message says to call the office . They need to do something abt this I'm not paying more money on my phone to get more data they need to get the clients house phone working. It's not my fault and they act like I have the problem they are so stupid

I had the kahunees to call my management and tell them abt the phones nit working at clients house and they said the number wasn't checked and now I can probably clock in and if I can't to call the office.good news
