Hi there I was just wondering if anyone has tried Dr Bach rescue remedy and if so did it relieve your anxiety at all. Rather than upping my medication I thought I might give it a go as my anxiety has been pretty high lately 😩. Which comes with overthinking just about every scenario and not being able to cope with any scenarios at the moment due the awful constant feelings that the anxiety brings. Any views on Dr Bach rescue remedy would be greatly appreciated thank you. Also my thoughts are with anyone else that is suffering with this debilitating illness.

I have used them over the years especially rescue remedy. It helped very slightly. You lose nothing by trying them because they are very safe. You may benefit more than i did because we are all individual. I would give them ago, you have nothing to lose only money. I believe you can take them with medication too.
