I've been in Therapy for the past 15 years and under the care of a psychiatrist for over 25 years. I'm on an SSRI and Tricyclic anti-depressant for many years. I've experienced two hospital admissions for a total loss of function. I'm happily married with two kids.
I believe in being proactive when I'm in a state of anxiety, even though its sooooo hard. that means taking my meds, exercise, meditation, time outdoors, etc. I hate when I read that to help your anxiety you get more rest. Yeah, ya know insomnia is kind of part of the problem.
