Depends on which machine you use ! what you are using it for. Holosynce is sound frequency no electric stimulation. Ive used holosynce for 20years totaly changes the brain to hole brain function , creates new neural pathways etc.

Nightly, I play Holosync meditation music that I purchased through a company called Centerpointe Research Institute. (centerpointe.com/) They are a Portland, Oregon, company that has a range of Holosync meditation downloads and CDs. I like their work because they seem to have various types of natural sounds flowing simultaneously.

And I assume this is the same type of "Holosync sound frequencies" you are talking about above, despite the difference in spelling, which might be attributed to the English versus American way of spelling the same word. (For example, colour versus color.)

As I live about a 10-minute drive from their company headquarters, I became acquainted with them about ten years ago and have been moving up their program as I could afford it. Currently I am on "Awakening Level 3." And I haven't found any meditation music that is more interesting than what they produce.

Firstly get the subject correct that you are researching! I am talking about low sound frequency a proven health improvement benefit. Thousands of studies testify to the benefits and results. The link you put up is Misinformation about a completly differently treatment Electro stimulation. The Asian guru,s and monks, among a few have used it for thousands of years, OME AHH etc sound chanting which is frequency that resinates within the body. I have used the modern version Holosync for 20 years and can testify that it works it creates hole brain resinance creates new neural pathways in the brain. So please dont post links for something you do not understand and do not research the wrong subject and give advice from a postion of ignorance. Ray.

I’m a bit confused - are you talking about Holosync on YouTube or where do you find it? Tried looking up Centrepointe site and afraid I didn’t like the sales pitch, there was an awful lot of it !
