This is a shitty situation that has to end.

I love my wife! And I want to do everything in my power to make her happy and satisfied.

I do not understand why sometimes all hell breaks loose and I end up saying things I immediately regret, yelling and screaming at her?

I love her from the bottom of my heart.

And that only happens to her. To the rest of the world, I'm the nice and friendly guy that everyone knows.

Why? How can I control that?

I'm afraid I'll lose her and my life will turn into something sad and ugly.

Have a word with your doctor about it. It isn't fair to either of you to continue fighting this way. Tell the doctor what is happening in your life.

Hi, It´s hard to know what to say but if you´re able to do some counseling or therapy or an anger management group any of those things might be very helpful. Sounds like you´re pretty self aware but if I were you I´d try to get help for this as soon as possible.

Well , I would recommend couples counseling. There is clearly something you are dealing with. Maybe even personal counseling just for you. Do you feel your burying feelings?
